I purposely set out not to have a pretty portfolio full of pixel perfect designs - I’m glad to get that off my chest!

I do appreciate great visual design but for me the really interesting stuff happens way before that when research and discovery happens. Having empathy and seeking insights allow me to find information which influences design decisions which in turn leads to testing and finally great visual designs.

So, instead of presenting just lovely screenshots, this portfolio is about me explaining how I think and how I operate when given a brief.  I call it my ‘UX journey’.

I don’t have big name clients (yet) and I don’t have a 10-year back catalogue of work to showcase (yet), however, I hope you can see my progression on my UX journey so far.

I completed the General Assembly User Experience Design immersive course in June 2015 and I am presenting examples of my projects which I completed during the program.  Each project was completed over a two week sprint and the more detailed projects were conducted as a team effort.  I have credited my team mates for their contributions to these projects.
